In the United States of America, the Education Department doesn’t supervise the hundred thousand public schools that are run all over the country. On the other hand, some of the States have some supervision of the schools but the central control is through distinct municipalities, because they happen to be the legal body that is accountable for the schools running properly and smoothing and is also responsible for a large part of the money that is used for this purpose in terms in dollars.

Role Of Amendments In Education
As far as the 10 Amendment is concerned, it should be noted that this amendment was given more importance when compared to the 14th amendment prior to 1965 when the involvement of the federal government in school education from K to 12 was very negligible. Way back in the early 19th century, the various states were able to get into the process of implementing reforms for the education policy. Therefore,

• National legislation for this was targeting on getting a higher education system in place.
• The Morrill Act of 1862, for instance, has been able to establish colleges whose focus was on agriculture as well as engineering.
